Apex Detailers provides automotive detailing and related vehicle care services in Maryland and Northern Virginia. Service descriptions, pricing, availability, and estimated completion times shown on the website are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Final pricing may depend on the vehicle's size, condition, requested services, location, and other factors identified when we inspect the vehicle.

Appointments may be scheduled through our third-party scheduling provider, Urable. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability until the appointment has been confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, service, and location information when scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, staffing availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for informing us about any known vehicle damage, mechanical problems, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, loose components, electrical issues, or other conditions that could affect the detailing process. Apex Detailers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration, including scratches, chips, cracks, stains, worn surfaces, failing clear coat, loose trim, damaged electronics, or other defects that existed before service began. Some stains, scratches, odors, paint defects, or other imperfections may not be completely removable. Results vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, materials, and prior maintenance.

Customers should remove valuables, personal belongings, child seats, important documents, and other items from the vehicle before service. Apex Detailers is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property left inside or around the vehicle.

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or service. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Apex Detailers does not control how those providers collect or process payment information. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires substantially more work than reasonably anticipated based on the information provided when the appointment was scheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material pricing changes before performing additional work.

We ask customers to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Apex Detailers may establish cancellation, deposit, or no-show policies for certain appointments or services. Any such requirements will be communicated during the booking process or before the appointment is confirmed.

Paint correction, ceramic coating, and similar services are designed to improve and protect a vehicle's appearance but do not make a vehicle immune to scratches, chips, staining, environmental damage, or normal wear. The appearance and durability of these services depend on factors including vehicle condition, preparation, maintenance, storage, driving conditions, environmental exposure, and customer care. Any specific warranty or maintenance requirements associated with a coating or service will be governed by the warranty terms provided with that service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, images, availability information, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free. We may modify or remove website content at any time without notice.

Photos displayed on our website or social media may illustrate previous work but do not guarantee identical results for every vehicle. Results depend on the condition and characteristics of each individual vehicle. We will not use personally identifying customer information in promotional materials without appropriate permission.
